SmartSolar MPPT 150/70-Tr-Solar Charger collects energy from solar panels and stores it in the battery. Using the latest and fastest technology, SmartSolar can make maximum use of this energy, thereby intelligently driving it to complete a full charge in the shortest time. SmartSolar keeps the battery healthy and extends its service life. The SmartSolar charge controller can even charge severely depleted batteries. As long as the battery is not permanently sulfated or damaged by other means, it can operate at battery voltages as low as 0 volts. By continuously monitoring the voltage and current output of the solar (PV) panel, MPPT technology ensures that all available power is flushed from the panel and collected for storage. This advantage is most obvious when the sky is partly cloudy and the light intensity changes constantly. By pairing with a smartphone or other device via VictronConnect, you can remotely control and monitor the extensive functions of the SmartSolar MPPT charger with built-in Bluetooth. If your device is connected to the Internet, the Victron Remote Management Portal (VRM) can access all the functions of MPPT anytime and anywhere. Both services are free. For remote installation-even if there is no internet connection or telephone signal nearby-you can monitor and control MPPT by connecting to GlobalLink 520. By adding SmartSolar to control the monitor, you can check the storage of the charger and battery at a glance.
